Hybrid is a test of your skills in bringing people together

When people are located in different places - some here, some there, some together, some alone - our job is to help people come together in this more hybrid world.

No matter their location.

Some people may be online; some may be in the room.

It’s easy and boring to ‘hold court’ or talk endlessly in a meeting, consultation, conversation or workshop.

It’s a greater awareness and capability to switch the attention to how the group is going... wherever they’re located.

Next time you’re planning for a presentation, report or speech, think less about you and your content.

Bring a little more attention to how you will engage, connect, involve and inspire others.

You can use:
- Questions
- Humour
- Stories
- Case studies
- Examples
- Infographics
- Visuals

... yours and theirs.

The job is not on them to pay more attention.

It’s on us to create a great environment for compelling, engaging and interesting things to get done... together.
